Sugar and Spice Popcorn

Currently I am on a no salt diet due to my kidney disease. So the hardest thing for me to do is find snacks. I can only have so many veggies/fruit in a day. I enjoy popcorn but with just butter it is bland! That was until I found this recipe!

For Sugar and Spice Popcorn you will need:

8 cups air-popped popcorn
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Then next you will need to:

Pop popcorn; set aside.
Heat the butter, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in the microwave or on the stove in a saucepan until the butter melts and sugar dissolves.
Be careful not to burn the butter.
Drizzle spiced butter mixture over popcorn; mix well.
Serve immediately for best results.
